Terms and Conditions

• Payments cannot be transferred to another person.

• Appointments can be rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours prior to the original scheduled time.
• Rescheduling Limit: Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times only.
• Cancellation requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date, along with an administrative and bank cancellation fee of AED 100.
• In case of failure to attend the scheduled appointment, no monetary amount will be refunded, in addition to any other applicable administrative or banking fees.
